Dashboards were a workaround. Someone needed an answer; somebody else built a chart that, in time, became a chart for every kind of answer. The result is the dashboard you uploaded — opened twice in 2025, abandoned by Q2. The premise of Dex is that the conversation was the right shape all along. Ask a question in plain English, get a chart and a sentence back, in Slack. No URL to bookmark, no graveyard of views. This roast is a small advertisement for the same idea.
